My mum use to tell me that I have the New Toilet Bowl Syndrome (NTBS). NTBS is used to refer to a person who is easily excited by his new toys. The concept is….. even if you gotten a new toilet bowl, you will tend to shit more. So… if u get yourself a new toy, you will get really excited over it for the next few weeks, before losing interest gradually?
Recently, a friend bought me a really cool Bible! It is called the Life Application Bible and it is completely leather bound…. and for once I was lugging my Bible everywhere I go. I just liked to look at the nice bold fonts with the many explanatory notes…. I actually wanted to lug it to my presentation at NATAs… until Denise advise me against it.
My ACS friend Jeremy commented that he would have gotten me the Bible long ago if he knew I was such a person…..
But all in all, the Bible is indeed cool. The subtext really helps in giving a better understanding. I guess I would have read a lot more of it if such a Bible was available in my younger days… but then again, during my younger days, where got money to spend over a hundred dollars on a Bible?
Anyway, hope this Toilet Bowl last longer…..
