Did a simple search on Web Designer on one of the major job portals in Pakistan. Seems that

All Cities: 2888
Islamabad: 444
Karachi: 825
Lahore: 1473

Hmm… guess this means is that Lahore is the place to find people!

Also, looked through a few jobs… around…
